1. Start Outlook Express, from the Tools menu select Accounts
2. Select New from the Accounts screen which will launch the Account Setup Assistant
3. On the Your Name screen of the Account Setup Assistant enter your name in the Display Name field, then move to the next screen
4. On the Internet E-mail Address screen select the option labeled I already have an e-mail address that I'd like to use.
5. Enter your email address in the E-mail address: field, then move to the next screen
6. On the E-mail Server Names screen select POP from the dropdown menu
7. Enter your Incoming mail and Outgoing (SMTP) mail server names. Replace "mail.yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name, then move to the next screen
8. From the Internet Mail Logon screen enter your email address as your Account ID and the password that corresponds to that email address in the Password field, then move to the next screen
9. Enter your email address in the Account Name: field and click Finish
10. From the Accounts screen select the account you created and select Edit
11. On the Account Settings tab click the button labeled Click here for advanced sending options
12. Check the box labeled SMTP requires authentication and Use same settings as incoming mail server.
