1. Start Outlook Express, on the Tools menu click Accounts.
2. Click on the Mail tab, click the Add button, then select Mail from the drop down menu.
3. The Internet Connection Wizard will begin. First, enter your name as you would like it to appear. Click Next.
4. Enter your Email address. Click Next.
5. Select POP3 from the dropdown menu.
Enter your Incoming (POP3) and Outgoing (SMTP) mail server names. Replace "mail.yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name.
Click Next.
6. Next, you'll be asked to enter your email account information.
Enter your Email Address in the Account Name field and the password that corresponds to the email address in the Password field.
Click Next to proceed to the final page.
7. Click Finish to end the wizard.
8. You will be returned to the Internet Accounts window and will see the accounts list. Highlight the account your just created and click Properties.
9. Next, you will be in the Internet Accounts dialog box. Double-click on the account that you just created. Click on the Servers tab.
10. Check the My server requires authentication box.
11. Click on Settings button. Make sure Use same settings as my incoming mail server is selected. Click OK.
